Hiyaa, My name is Shannon Flynn. I am a World Champion Kickboxer for W.K.A.
I have been training at Scorpio Freestyle Kickboxing with Gary Jowers for about 7 years now i also hold various titles including Double World Champion. I also do Taekwondo with Graham Harbisher, On Sunday 29th i entered my first compititon in Taekwondo and i was Ranked 1st.
